Yin yoga

A meditative and deeply nourishing practice that targets the connective tissues and joints through long-held, passive poses. By relaxing the muscles and settling into stillness, Yin yoga stimulates circulation, revitalizes energy flow, and invites profound inner awareness. To enhance the release and open tight areas, we also offer "Myofascial Release Yin Yoga" using a peanut massage ball, helping you access deeper layers of tension and improve mobility. This practice helps you soften not only your body but also your mind—supporting a shift from doing to being, from thinking to feeling.

This class supports both mental clarity and physical wellbeing, ideal for anyone seeking a softer, more accessible practice. Movements are mindful and revitalizing, promoting inner peace, subtle strength, and deep relaxation—making it suitable for all levels and especially nurturing for those recovering from fatigue, tension, or stress.
