Qi Gong & the 5 Elements Workshop with Dr. Nicole (SynR/Qi)
Join Dr. Nicole for an inspiring afternoon of Qi Gong and the Five Elements of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Through gentle movements, breathwork, and practical insights, you will explore how the elements of Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, and Water influence your energy, emotions, and well-being.
As part of the workshop, you will receive a self-discovery questionnaire one week beforehand to help you identify your dominant elements and gain a deeper understanding of your unique constitution. The results will be integrated into the workshop experience.
Suitable for all levels. No previous experience is required.
