Your mindful journey will be under guidance of the teacher, Nok Veeger, an experienced yoga teacher who has deep understanding in Physiology of yoga and yoga therapy which will help you to promote a peaceful state of mind, good health and wellness.

- Mysore style Ashtanga yoga practice is an individual practice with individual guidance in a group setting. Everyone follow their own pace. Therapeutic hands-on assist is applied when needed to help practitioners to perform in a gentle, safe and effective way. There are sufficient variations and time to make the essence of the poses accessible for all levels. In fact, this form is really advisable for beginners to build up a solid foundation of their Ashtanga yoga practice before joining the Led class. For intermediate practitioners who are further in their practice than half of the Primary series up to the second(Intermediate) series can do their practice effectively in the 2 hour-class Mysore style.

- Led class style is a guided class with verbal instruction to the whole group. Every practitioners move at the same tempo. The verbal instructions include Sanskrit Vinyasa count in the tradition of Sri K. Pattabhi Jois as passed on by Petri Raisanen. Suitable for practitioners with basic knowledge of Ashtanga yoga sequence.
A modern yoga style that follows an intelligent and safe path way (Krama) towards a specific goal. The goals to move towards are infinite possibilities in vinyasa yoga style, for example it can be a challenging pose(s) which contain the quality of opening the hips, extension of the spine and open the front body, cleansing the abdominal organs, embodyment of a certain quality from nature, cultivate mental clarity and so on.
A complimentary to any Yang style practices to nourish the Yin tissues, cartilages, joints, ligaments and tendons etc. Yin practice is slow and calm therefore also help to improve concentration, cultivate self love, patience, softness and release muscle tension.
Yogasynergy based class, a combination of ancient yogic wisdom to nourish and strengthen our pelvis region as well as to relax the tension and modern style yoga using active movements to stimulate blood flow and positive energy within our bodies, improving mobility/stability to the spine, hips and pelvis, increase flexibility of the back and hip muscles while stabilities of the joints are maintained. We will engage core muscles to strengthen your core without exhausting yourself. You will experience meditation in movements, feel energized and calm.
If you need extra care for your wrists, shoulders, lower back, hips, people who have difficulties performing traditional yoga poses due to stiffness or low mobilities etc. , those who wish to nourish the digestive and reproductive organs, this class is what you are looking for. This class is suitable for all levels.
This class will help you to turn your attention more inward towards your subtle levels by using meditation methods to gain more control of your mental body which promote peaceful state of your mind. After 15 minutes of meditation then we will nourish our body with accessible yoga postures which help to promote good circulation, mobilizing and strengthening as suitable to each practitioner’s level.
